Mike Steel
With 30 years of experience within the construction industry, Mike has a wide and varied skill set ranging from concept planning, design and construction detailing, to full contracts and project management. Having experienced working for both a private and commercial client base, Mike has for the last 15 years been solely focused on the retail and commercial sector providing a solid, commercially minded full design and project management service for the client.

Phil Collins
Phil has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, 20 of these specifically on the retail and commercial side. The scope of works he has undertaken has been as wide and varied as can be imagined and with his history in construction and wide skill set he has been able to take on projects for end users and landlords in either, or both, full design or project management roles.
